The Tour Guide from Calgary to the Rocky Mountaineer, Russell, was excellent. He really engaged well with the group and became part of the group.
Gillian was excellent. She did everything to ensure each member got what they wanted out of the tour.

The trip was sensational. It was made better from the start with our beautiful tour guide Elise and our initial coach driver Jim.
The Rickies’ Beauty and majesty is indescribable and to be able to travel by coach and Gold Leaf Mountaineer was a privilege. I truly enjoyed the cruise to Alaska and the opportunity to go to Glacier Bay was just another highlight of this trip.
Without the friendship and commraderie of this wonderful group this trip would not have been the success it was for me.
Elise is a credit to your organisation. She went above and beyond for all of us. She showed sincere concern when required, she has the ability to get people moving in a friendly manner. She mixed with us socially and was always there for us. A wonderful person.
All of our guides were great but Jim our coach driver was outstanding with his friendly sure, knowledge of the areas and his willingness to assist us.
