Meet the Team

Two’s a Crowd is owned and operated by Noonan’s Travel (Licence no. 32931) which has been providing travel services since 1978. Two’s a Crowd was born out of our recognition of the growing number of people travelling solo whose needs are not well served. Our commitment is to make solo travel more enjoyable and affordable for all.

Ken Morgan – Owner & Co-founder of Two’s a Crowd Ken spent his first 11 years of working life in travel & tourism working for TAA which later became Australian Airlines. That’s where he developed a real passion for travelling but, more importantly for customer service. Over the ensuing 20 years Ken worked in other industries such as financial services before coming back to where it all began in 2010 when he became the new owner of Noonan’s Travel.
Bernadette Bruggeman – Travel Consultant Bernie is our newest member of the team and brings many years experience as a travel consultant both in Australia and Ireland. She has travelled extensively, especially in Europe and lived in Vienna for two years. Laura Astone – Travel Consultant Laura just loves travelling with Europe and the US her favourite destinations. Laura recently returned from Vietnam and Cambodia and is brimming with firsthand knowledge of these great destinations. She is heading to Europe soon for an extended multi-country tour – look out Europe!
Arleen Smitheram – Travel Centre Manager Arleen has been in the travel industry for over 20 years and was a co-owner of Noonan’s until July 2010. Arleen’s favourite destinations include Hong Kong, Las Vegas, New York, Africa and Egypt and she loves cruising. Susan Paschinger – Co-founder of Two’s a Crowd Susan has travelled extensively and her favourite destination is the Greek Islands. Along with Ken, she recognised how poorly served solo travellers over 35 were. With the travel industry’s focus on twin share, it meant solos were continually faced with high single supplements and touring with couples. Susan works closely with Ken and rest of the team to identify new opportunities, destinations and experiences that make solo travel more affordable and accessible for all.
